The first step in designing your home is a complimentary appointment with a Gasparin Homes Designer to obtain a brief of your ideas and dreams.
Once final designs have been reviewed and approved by you, our selection consultant will discuss all aspects of your requirements and specifications. From this meeting a detailed quotation of your new home will be provided.
On acceptance of the proposal, all documents will be prepared and lodgements made to the appropriate government bodies for full approvals, in order for site works to commence.
We will provide at this stage:
You will meet with one of our building co-ordinators to complete your home selections in our selection centre, together with an external appointment with our experienced Interior & Kitchen Designers.
On completion and approval of all selections your site works will commence. You will be in contact with your building co-ordinator through the entire building process and discuss any aspects of the build that you may wish to change or be updated during the course of construction.
Completion! At handover, Roger Gasparin will meet you at your new home and walk through each room to ensure the level of quality has been delivered as promised. Keys, certificates and warranties are provided for you to enjoy your home.
